Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 September 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Fodina, MB, company code 307677239, registered in Lithuania (“we”, “us”), for using the gloup iPhone app (“gloup”). By downloading or using gloup, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
1. Apple’s licence agreement
gloup is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add to the Standard EULA. If the two conflict, these terms apply, as far as the Standard EULA allows.
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for gloup, its content, maintenance and support, and for handling any claims about it (including product liability, legal compliance and intellectual property claims). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
2. Who can use gloup
You must be at least 13 years old to use gloup. If you’re under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission, including for any purchase.
3. Your licence to use the app
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use gloup on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, rent or redistribute the app, reverse-engineer it (except where the law allows), get around its limits or payments, or use automated means to access our services.
4. The free editor
Filters, Adjust and Beautify are free to use without limits. We may improve, change or add to them over time.
5. Subscriptions
gloup offers two weekly subscriptions for AI looks:
- Pro: up to 5 glow-ups per day. $5.99 for the first week, then $7.99 per week.
- Pro+: up to 10 glow-ups per day. $7.99 for the first week, then $9.99 per week.
Prices are shown in USD; the App Store shows the price in your local currency, including any taxes, before you buy. The first-week price is an introductory offer, available once per Apple ID.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically every week at the regular weekly price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current week. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the week ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iPhone Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then gloup. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the week you’ve paid for.
- Daily glow-up allowances reset every day. Unused glow-ups don’t carry over to the next day.
- If we change the price of a subscription, you’ll be told in advance as Apple requires, and where needed you’ll be asked to agree before the new price applies.
6. Credits
You can also buy one-off credit packs without a subscription: 1 glow-up for $0.49 or 5 glow-ups for $1.59. Credits don’t expire, have no cash value, can’t be transferred, and can only be used in gloup. An AI look that fails doesn’t use a credit or count towards your daily allowance.
7. Refunds
All payments are handled by Apple, so we can’t issue refunds ourselves. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. Apple decides refund requests under its own policies. Credits and subscriptions are non-refundable except through Apple.
If you’re a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from purchases of digital content. By asking for the content to be supplied straight away when you buy (for example, starting your subscription or adding credits), you agree to that and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once supply has started, as far as the law allows.
8. AI looks
AI looks are made with artificial intelligence. Results are artificial images based on your photo: they may be imperfect, may not look exactly like you, and can differ each time. They are for personal, creative use. Don’t present AI results as unedited photos in a way that could mislead others, and follow any rules about labelling AI content where you post them.
9. Your photos and the people in them
Only use photos that you have the right to use. If a photo shows other people, you must have their permission to edit it and, for AI looks, to send it for processing. For anyone under 18, you need their parent or guardian’s permission.
10. What’s not allowed
You must not use gloup to create, edit or share content that:
- is sexual, or sexualises anyone;
- involves minors in any sexual, harmful or exploitative way;
- is made of someone without their consent, or harasses, bullies or humiliates anyone;
- impersonates someone, or is meant to deceive, defraud or spread false information;
- is hateful, violent or otherwise illegal, or breaks someone else’s rights.
We may block AI requests that break these rules, and our AI provider may do the same. We may suspend or end access to paid features if you misuse them.
11. Who owns what
You own your photos and, as far as the law allows, the results you create with gloup. You give us only the limited permission we need to process a photo when you ask for an AI look (see our Privacy Policy). We and our licensors own the app, the gloup name and brand, and the looks and designs in the app.
12. Changes and availability
We regularly add, change and retire looks and features. We work to keep gloup running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during updates or if a provider has an outage. AI looks need an internet connection.
13. Disclaimer
Except as stated in these terms, gloup is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if digital content is faulty or not as described.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data or content that isn’t caused by us. Our total liability to you for any claim about gloup is limited to the amount you paid for gloup in the 12 months before the claim, or €50, whichever is higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or any other liability the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
15. Ending these terms
You can stop using gloup at any time by deleting the app (remember to cancel any subscription in iPhone Settings). We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, and disputes go to the courts of Lithuania. If you’re a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
Please contact us first so we can try to sort things out. Consumers can also turn to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, vvtat.lrv.lt) for out-of-court dispute resolution.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We’ll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, let you know in the app before they take effect. If you keep using gloup after that, the new terms apply.
